Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Once you've placed your order, please allow 5-6 working days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. 
After processing, your order will be shipped, and delivery times are as follows:
European Union & Switzerland: 3-5 working days.
United Kingdom, Canada, & United States: 4-6 working days.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive multiple notifications to keep you informed about the status of your order:
- Order Confirmation: An email confirming your purchase.
- Shipment Notification: An email (and SMS if you've provided your phone number) with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. This will allow you to track your package through UPS or any other carrier we may use.
- Delivery Notification: An email (and SMS if applicable) when your order is out for delivery and once it has been delivered.
